Add some fresh flavor to your holiday table with this vibrant green bean dish!✨ Tossed with garlic, toasted almonds, and a touch of seasoning, it’s a side that’s as simple as it is delicious. Perfect for balancing out all those hearty holiday favorites!🎄

Ingredients:
• 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Blanch green beans in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath. Drain and pat dry.

As the temperatures drop, there’s nothing better than a delicious bowl of homemade corn chowder! 🌽 Made with farm-fresh sweet corn, this dish delivers a comforting flavor to your cozy winter nights.❄️

Try this quick and easy recipe featuring crispy bacon for an extra savory touch:

Creamy Corn Chowder with Bacon 🌽🥓

Ingredients:
✔️ 4 cups fresh RC Hatton Farms sweet corn
✔️ 4 slices bacon, diced
✔️ 1 onion, finely chopped
✔️ 2 garlic cloves, minced
✔️3 cups chicken or vegetable broth
✔️ 2 cups heavy cream or milk
✔️ 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
✔️ Salt, pepper, and paprika to taste
✔️ Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook bacon in a large pot until crispy. Remove and set aside.

Whether in the fields, at family appreciation days, or through his visionary leadership, Mr. Hatton’s influence extended far beyond farming, leaving a lasting impact on all who knew him.

He believed in the power of hard work, kindness, and togetherness, beliefs that continue to inspire us daily. Though deeply missed, his legacy lives on in the values he instilled, the relationships he built, and the community he cared for so dearly. 💛
